What this site collects
This website belongs to Christine Case, a REALTOR® with NextHome Advantage in Virginia. Last updated September 29, 2026.
The site only collects what you choose to type into a form. The contact form and the guide sign-up forms ask for:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- a message, and any other questions that form asks, such as whether you are buying or selling
When you give a phone number and tick the box agreeing to text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as the pages requested, the time, and the type of browser. No advertising or tracking codes run on this site today. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
Who receives it
Your information goes to a small number of companies that help me run this site and follow up with you. Each one handles it on my behalf, not for its own marketing.
- GoHighLevel is the system I use to keep track of the people I am helping. Form submissions are stored there so I can reply and follow up.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps its technical logs.
- YouTube, owned by Google, plays the videos on this site. The videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies once you press play.
I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with someone else when you ask me to, for example if you want me to connect you with a lender, an inspector, or another professional.
How it is used
I use what you send me to answer your question and to help you buy or sell a home in Virginia.
I also send marketing emails, such as market updates and new articles, to people who have contacted me. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also reply and ask me to stop.
I keep your information until you ask me to delete it. You can ask at any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Calls and text messages
A phone number you give me is only used for text messages if you tick the consent box on the form. The box is never ticked for you. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me depends on what you are working on.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact me directly. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with me.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Call, text or email me and I will take care of it.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
I will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
